I was born in 1985 and I am the youngest in the family. Though, I started my carrer as soon as I graduated from high school in 2002 to get my self financed and to experience in civil society. I had worked for Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace (CICP) which is the non profit organization working to conduct a series of conferences on the current social issues such as democracy, election, and poverty reduction and in pursuit of publishing and researching. After that, I was working for the University of Cambodia. Recently, I am working working for Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) which devoted to human rights and democracy are fully respected and that people enjoy the benefits of development to which they have fully participated, I have involved in many action plans to achieve the organizational goals, especially I have started my work while Kem Sokha, CCHR's president, and other human rights activists were arrested. I have involved in the project launch of "The Black Box Initiative against Corruption in Cambodia", undertaken by CCHR. Also, I am assisting campaigns of the Alliance for Freedom of Expression in Cambodia (AFEC). From work experiences, I strongly believe that peaceful civil society movement is a powerful instrument to advocate policy changes for social development. Regarding my educational background, I graduated a bacherlor degree in International Relations in 2006 at the University of Cambodia. At the same time, I completed another bacherlor degree at Panasastra University of Cambodia, majoring in Economics. Though my schedule is tight, I have mobilized  and organized various youth programs and community events on valuntary basis with my classmates. I believe in the conept of “We all can make a change”
